IMSolutions is looking forFederalGrants Management Specialiststo join us at our client,The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
These jobs will be fully remote - 100% telework in the U.S.
As a Grants Management Specialist II , you will support the updates offederal grant policies and procedures byleveragingyour in-depth understanding of the full grant lifecycle.
These functions will include:
Designing, developing, implementing, and interpretingfederalgrants/assistance management policies, procedures, and practices.
Serving asaliaison between the U.S. Federal Government and external customers, recipients, and awardee community to clarify, interpret, and resolve issues.
Providing knowledge and practical resources tostakeholders to ensure that customer serviceis relevant,accurate, andtimely.
Maintain copies of contracts/grants,staffall requested changes, anddetermineif changes applyto othergrants.
Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or at least 24 credit hours in business or a business-related field.
Six (6)years of Federa l Government grants managementexperience.
Knowledge offederal grant laws, regulations, and policiesandan understanding of business and industry grant practices.
Experience in grant financial analysis and providing technicalassistanceand recommendations to meet thegrant's intent.
U.S. Citizenship or Foreign National with a work permit andresidingin the U.S. for three (3) or more years.
Ability to pass a Federal Public Trust Clearance, which must beadjudicatedfavorably for you to begin working. This requires fingerprinting and reporting on yourpreviousemployment, residence, education, and financial and legal background. Candidates may be disqualified for federal or state convictions of crimes, military court-martials, delinquent federal debt including taxes and student loans, current use of illegal drugs, or lying on their application.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Knowledge ofeRACommons.
Certified FederalGrantsManager certification through NGMA.
Base compensation range and benefits:
$65,000 to $85,000—Actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors suchas education, experience, skillset, and location.
