Aerotek Industrial Maintenance Technician in TOPEKA, Kansas
Industrial Maintenance, URGENT 25+/hour, DIRECT PLACEMENT
Topeka, KS
1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift. Pay ranges from $22-30/hour starting out based on experience. Great benefits, 401K and opportunity for overtime.
Our company is seeking immediate Industrial Maintenance and Electrical Industrial Technicians in Topeka, KS. These opportunities are full time and permanent.
Details:
Perform basic PLC troubleshooting to determine where programming is failing to recognize hardware failure.
Install, maintain and troubleshoot food manufacturing plant equipment including; packaging machines, peeler, cooking and filling equipment in addition to labelers and ink jet printers.
Performs building maintenance as needed.
Regularly inspects plant equipment and moving parts to verify adequacy of repairs.
Work Environment:
Refrigerated food manufacturing plant.
The environment may be wet or dry and temperatures may range from 25°F to 110°F.
Occasional lifting, kneeling, and bending with items in excess of 50 lbs. is required.
Production demands may require overtime and/or evening or weekend scheduling.
Shift and Pay:
10 hour shifts. 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts.
$20 to $30/hr based on experience
Skills & Qualifications:
3 years PLC Troubleshooting
3 years of industrial Maintenance experience
Experience with Hydraulics and Pneumatics is preferred
