Overview:
Competitive Computing, Inc., a Xerox Company is an information services technology company that has continually redefined the workplace experience for more than 100 years is currently seeking a highly skilled IT Services Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing IT projects in a client-facing role, as well as Business Analyst expertise and experience. This role requires a combination of project management expertise and business analysis skills to drive projects from inception to completion.
What You'll Do :
Manage and oversee IT technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with client stakeholders and technical team members to gather and document business requirements.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and project stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.
Provide technical assistance in project concept and charter development.
Maintain project documentation.
What You Need:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager and/or Business Analyst.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent facilitation skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Proficiency in business analysis techniques and tools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Business Analysis (CBAP).
Familiarity with PIM/MDM platforms and implementations, Software Development, e-Commerce platforms and implementations, iPaaS platforms and offerings.
