System One IT Support Analyst in Topeka, Kansas
Responsibilities:
First point of contact for customers seeking technical support.
Intake issues and communicate with end users to ensure a clear and complete problem description;
Laptop builds, software installs, deskside moves
Troubleshoot and resolve end user issues related to device, network, and enterprise applications;
Follow standard Helpdesk operating procedures to accurately document, track and escalate all helpdesk incidents
Provide assistance to staff with account access issues
Update and maintain data in IT asset management system;
Install and maintain Endpoint Detection and Response agents;
Develop help documentation and additional communications to improve IT service efficiency and effectiveness;
Ability to troubleshoot and configure wireless access points and mobile devices;
Experience:
2+ years’ experience in IT helpdesk
Microsoft Windows 10
Ticketing system experience
Experience with SCCM and packaging is a big plus
Experience supporting MAC's is a plus
Attention to detail
Ability to prioritize assigned projects, help desk calls, and tickets;
Cisco VPN for remote access
Cisco AnyConnect VPN Administration
Ability to troubleshoot a variety of hardware and software issues;
Must have strong customer service, time management, and written/verbal communication skills;
