Firstmark Services is the operational division for consumer loan originations and servicing within Nelnet Diversified Solutions. We provide innovative and flexible financial solutions that enable our clients’ success and deliver a positive experience to their customers.
The Firstmark Services Blended Agent I is the entry-level position which provides a superior customer experience through a combination of taking inbound calls, making outbound calls, or web chatting with existing and prospective customers, processing loan originations, data entry and reconciling reports.
Performs loan documentation reviews for consumer loans based on the program's guidelines and regulatory standards.
Communicates with team members, supervisor, lenders, and customers in an effective manner to facilitate the appropriate exchange of information necessary to meet documentation requirements.
Interacts with customers through various forums to guide the customer through the loan process and assists with resolving issues.
Strives to deliver excellence to our customers through strong collaboration and determination to meet service level expectations.
Research and resolve complex and unique accounts.
Participate on special projects.
Work with team to meet and exceed department goals and objectives.
Associates or higher in related field (or equivalent work experience)
1+ years of related experience (e.g. bank teller, loan processor)
Proficient with Excel, and web-based applications
Financial Services industry experience

Must be flexible and ready to work in a dynamic production environment
Excellent communicate skills, both verbally and written
Professional, proactive and solution-oriented
Flexibility to work overtime including Saturdays as needed
