Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of analysts, technical developers and production support analysts supporting delivery for HR Applications including Workday, Peoplesoft, Successfactors, and PeopleDoc

  • Lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver on system design and development for the needed business requirements supporting various business units

  • Lead and manage the portfolio of work for HR Systems

  • Work across the GBS organizations including teams responsible for requirements, project and program management, solution architecture, quality assurance, infrastructure and production support

  • Develop, maintain and continuously improve the metrics, SLAs of the environments in which our systems have been deployed

  • Develop and maintain the various environments including development, test, production, and business continuity

  • Develop and implement mentoring, training, coaching, performance feedback, regular evaluation for associates of the requirements team members

  • Lead and manage continuous improvement planning deliverables

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of ten years of broad information technology experience with at least five years of experience supporting utilizing a combination of the following technologies including Workday Studio, API and Enterprise Interface Builder along with Peoplecode

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred

  • Experience with batch interfaces, schedulers with dependencies, as well as using a combination of toolsets such as JIRA, SVN/TFS, Rational UML, or similar to deliver systems

  • Experience creating, maintaining and improving processes, metrics, SLA's for the various interfaces, systems, and uptime

  • Experience managing and supporting hardware and software upgrades, patches and deployments

  • Demonstrated leadership experience including mentoring, training, coaching, and evaluating employees

  • Ability to travel up to 20%
