The Professional Services Manager is tasked to lead the resources assigned to a professional services team and manage the operations within. This role is responsible for attaining revenue targets, in the form of delivered billable hours. Additionally this role is responsible for the scoping and positioning of new services engagements within the practice verticals. The incumbent will act as a key point of contact for Sales, Pre-Sales and PSO on opportunities within designated vertical. This role directly supports the sales cycle via internal knowledge transfers, solution reviews and executive-level prospect meetings.

The Professional Services Manager is a vital element within the professional services division. This means that the following requirements must be achieved:
Fluent spoken and written English
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
8 to 10 years of experience in systems applications consulting
A bachelor’s degree or a recognized equivalency
Experience selling consulting / delivery services is a plus
Strong background in mid-market and enterprise-level Project Management
Demonstrated experience translating customer business requirements into solutions
Strong experience in Change Management and Business Process Mapping
Excellent client management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage an implementation plan
Previous services sales experience; comfortable interacting with executive managers
Consulting and management experience in a SaaS environment is a plus
Your Profile:
The Professional Services Manager is entrusted with the following tasks:
Managing a team of resources, as well as handling all resource planning and staffing for a broad range of services engagements, maximizing billable utilization
Hiring, training and managing a team of new and experienced resources to fulfil team objectives
Ensuring team billable utilization targets are met
Supporting the sales cycle through scoping and approval of engagements, Executive-level prospect meetings and Solution reviews
Using a variety of global resources to ensure implementations are high quality, on-time and on-budget
Developing and managing intellectual capital and knowledge items to differentiate Quadient ICA PSO and improve service delivery
Managing the service portfolio to ensure service offerings are tailored to vertical requirements
Expanding sales within the existing customer base
Becoming a trusted adviser to the Customer through the implementation lifecycle and beyond
Working with the Account Management and Client Management teams to promote user adoption and effective use of Quadient solutions, and to support renewal efforts
Collaborating with Quadient partners during services engagements
Responsible for adhering to highest quality standards in project delivery
Managing executive-level customer relationships and providing team oversight through Quadient implementation
Serving as a Steering Committee member on strategic projects
Responsible for project staffing and resource scheduling on a broad range of consulting engagements
Contributing to a company’s focus on verticalization by participating in internal cross-departmental initiatives
Providing coaching and mentoring to assist in resources’ career development
Building team expertise and confidence in project delivery work
Handling day-to-day administrative tasks
Serving as an escalation point for services engagements
This position has a salary range of:
$100,600.00 - $150,900.00
