iX Sales Managers are responsible for the iX suite of offerings. They are accountable for creating opportunities within a specific set of clients or territory while working independently or with the Enterprise Sales Team to progress opportunities to closure.

Concentrix iX Sales Manager:

Concentrix is seeking dynamic and highly motivated individuals with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to join our iX product suite sales team. Successful candidates will play a pivotal role in contributing to the continued growth of the iX suite, bringing a “hunter mentality” to the team. Proficiency in leveraging research to comprehend customer challenges, identifying key stakeholders, and reshaping customer perspectives on how iX can transform their business is essential.

iX Sales Managers are responsible for the iX suite of offerings. They are accountable for creating opportunities within a specific set of clients or territory while working independently or with the Enterprise Sales Team to progress opportunities to closure. These Sales Managers possess strong communication and persuasive skills and have the ability to conduct client demos. They stay relevant with up-to-date product knowledge, leverage marketing leads, and execute marketing cadences using digital research, digital tools, and social selling platforms.

iX Sales Managers exhibit strong technical acumen related to their product set and engage in business-level conversations focused on transformation and return on investment in their technical domain. Role and Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Support our new business development efforts by identifying potential customers through strategic prospecting, research, and outreach (cold calling, networking, campaigns, etc.). Proactively identify new contacts and foster relationships within accounts, emphasizing a proactive and relationship-driven business development approach.

Lead Qualification: Assess leads to ensure alignment through discovery calls, increase interest and engagement in the iX suite of product offerings. Partner with our internal lead generation team to identify and research new pipelines, while managing existing outbound leads in our network.

Generate Buyer Interest: Deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations of the iX platform, emphasizing the value of relevant features and functions tailored to address specific business challenges.

Drive Strategy: Drive territory prospecting strategy, deal creation, progression, participate in Proof of Concept or Proof of Technology executions, and closure of deals. The iX Sales Manager is responsible for driving optimal customer technology outcomes and achieving strategic objectives for the iX suite of offerings.

Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Sales & Account Management Team to ensure customers are not only acquired but also fully trained and onboarded, allowing them to derive maximum value from the iX platform.

Achieve Sales Goals: Drive the achievement of annual quotas for new logo sales and proactively expand client acquisitions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • Hunter sales mentality with a penchant for driving relationships post sale.

  • Basic mastery of prospecting.

  • General technical acumen with a natural curiosity for innovation.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

  • Sales methodology education, such as Challenger Selling.

  • Familiarity with the AI landscape, key players, and emerging trends.

  • Experience supporting B2B and/or SaaS sales organizations.

  • Cloud experience and/or certifications.

The base salary range for this position is $50,000- $75,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
