Become a leader at a leading company! This role is part of Zebra's Prescriptive Analytics SaaS organization. The Manager Solution Delivery will support the leadership team to ensure that each of the customer improvement request goes through a well defined engagement, request intake and delivery process. The MSD will provide end to end project leadership (request intake to delivery), while fully owning the execution and ensuring successful project delivery. The role supports large-scale enterprises external customer's engagement that requires the understanding of what they want and why they want it Responsibilities: + Serves as a thought partner to the customer success team & helps translate customer needs & visions into defined objectives & executable plans by flushing out key ideas, assumptions & projections; ultimately delivering these commitments. + Responsible to drive cross-functional projects which are strategic & tactical in nature to the ongoing evolution of the Zebra business. + Functions as a liaison between the Internal delivery teams & external customers to ensure their business needs have been met & delivered on schedule. Address conflicts/issues, escalating as necessary, to overcome obstacles. + Identifies key issues & risks, recommend alternatives, facilitate & negotiate decisions + Implements Agile-Scrum methodology using Jira to deliver the customer specific requirements. + Identify risk, dependencies and breakdown the work order into small manageable task to ensure continuous on time delivery + Works on complex problems where analysis of situations/information requires an in-depth evaluation & knowledge of various factors impacting overall outcome of the project. + Directly leads cross-functional change & provides subject matter expertise + Acts as a mediator for Internal teams and Zebra's customers + Work with internal teams and customers to facilitate the business requirements gathering, data & ETL related mapping exercises + Provides planning, project coordination, and management for the development of organizational initiatives, while concurrently facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs for Zebra's Customers Success + Lead activities of the team matched to delivery needs for software projects, including assist in building the skill set at a macro level. + Helps to develop and establish operational policies within area managed and provides overall management of the development engineers. + Frequently interact with key Zebra technology areas where custom application and integration software is required for the technology success. + Resource management and assignment against customer-based software project needs. + Internally recognized leader who exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results + Work on development and implementation of programs/solutions to improve processes, reduce costs and cycle time, and improve customer success Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent software engineering discipline preferred. + 8+ years engineering or software solution delivery experience. + Quantitative and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: Technical Know-how: + Knows different modes of integrations (API, File Based, Message Based) at the higher level to facilitate the conversation + Knows the basics of databases, schema, and some SQL + Basic cloud infrastructure, VM, Load balancer, SFTP, Public/Private keys , VPN + Salesforce ticketing, Jira, Confluence, Excel, Teams (channels, group chats), ServiceNow Project Management & Interpersonal Skills + Emotionally intelligent, to divert the emotionally charged conversation to prioritization, plan of actions, follow-up conversation + Possess the skills to multitask and manage expectations cross functionally, and with multiple initiatives/projects + Doesn’t hesitate to ask questions, and constantly steer the project/problem to successful resolution + Possess the skills to understand the complex problem at the abstract level and produce the plan of action + Should be able to split a larger business problem into multiple smaller independently executable tasks/projects + Resource management (time, team resources etc.) and should have the negotiation skills + Should have experience of Cross Functional Project Management & Scrum teams + Higher degree of patience, and should be able to connect with the team members at the individual level + Skills to Identify the gaps in legacy process and recommends the process improvement Zebra is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
