About The Role

G2 is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to maintain and enhance the software and processes used by the marketing team. The Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for owning and maintaining our MOps project roadmap and asana board, working collaboratively with marketers for deliverables, supporting our martech systems, and creating and maintaining documentations for our team. They will also be responsible for creating documentation and training for the systems they manage.

You are a project management pro. You’re able to manage multiple projects at the same time while maintaining deadlines. You pick up new tasks quickly and aren’t afraid to ask questions along the way. You love creating and writing documentation along the way.

In This Role, You Will:

You’ll start your day going through asana and organizing new MOps projects and working with marketers to receive their deliverables and keep the project on schedule. You then may be QA’ing new leads coming in, adding users to systems, building new documentation, or all the above.

  • Support Demand Generation efforts with the logistics of building out and deploying tactics such as, but not limited to: emails, webinars, and lead nurturing and scoring programs.

  • Support technical aspects of key marketing systems (licensing, assigning teams, etc)

  • Own Asana for MOps team for project management and keeping on track with deadlines

  • Work with the marketing team to help maintain all department technologies and data sources, ensuring upgrades/updates are recommended, planned for, and deployed in a timely and organized fashion.

  • Drive QA in Marketo for data intake and sync resolvement

  • Create and maintain internal MOps documentation

  • Enable new marketers on key MOps processes

  • Support follow up process adherement on MQLs with partnership from demand gen segment marketers

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1 - 2 years of marketing operations experience

  • 1 - 2 professional years of experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo)

  • Experience deploying emails, webinars, nurturing campaigns, etc.

  • Attention to detail and excellent communicator
