The MarketPoint Senior Compliance Professional ensures compliance with governmental requirements. The Senior Compliance Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The MarketPoint Senior Compliance Professional develops and implements compliance policies and procedures. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

  • Interprets and defines regulatory requirements to be implemented by external sales partners

  • Provides ongoing oversight and monitoring of external sales partners to ensure full compliance and minimize Enterprise risk

  • Works cross-functionally in furtherance of optimizing the sales experience

  • Manages, assesses and communicates operational metrics relating to regulatory standards

  • Performs risk assessments, develops and oversees action plans, and provides guidance to operational groups

  • Builds relationships with external sales partners

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2 or more years of experience in an investigative/compliance role

  • 1+ years of experience in the understanding of complex member allegations

  • 1+ years of experience with presenting to leadership

  • Knowledge/understanding of laws and regulations governed by the Department of Insurance and CMS

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demanding projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate or advanced degree

  • Audit or consulting experience

  • Experience with metrics and reporting

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$86,300 - $118,700 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
