Compensation and Schedule for the Medical Assistant

Medical Assistant –?Full-time, onsite, $20-$22 per hour, Monday to Friday, 3x12-hour shifts with rotating weekends, extra hours and shifts available. Join a positive work environment!

Required Qualifications of the Medical Assistant

  • 1+ years of recent medical assistant experience required

  • 2+ years of recent medical assistant experience preferred

  • Primary Care experience preferred

  • National Medical Assistant diploma or certification required

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Responsibilities of the Medical Assistant

  • Room patients and obtain vitals

  • Help with in-office procedures

  • Call in and administer medications

  • Perform injections and blood draws when needed

  • Float to other offices when needed
