This position requires a sense of ownership, organization, timeliness, attention to detail, a drive to meet goals, and excellent communication. In this role, you will work with a multi-functional team which will require effective communication with all key stakeholders and team members specifically in the distributor and retailer sectors; and coordination with a team of energy efficiency experts.

This process includes telephone outreach to a selection of customers to assess their experience with the program.

  • Manage and maintain ad hoc promotional activities and payments which could require creating a new rebate entry within the application tracking system.

  • Demonstrate effective task prioritization and deadline/deliverable management skills.
