Millwright - Conveyor Installation - Traveling

Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring experienced Millwrights for conveyor installation projects in the Topeka area. The pay rate is $28-31 per hour or based on experience. All Millwrights are scheduled for 40+ hours a week , with $125/day per diem when traveling . We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven professionals. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

Ultimate Job Duties:

  • Install, maintain, and repair conveyor systems for FedEx, UPS, and USPS and other like facilities

  • Perform welding and fabrication tasks related to conveyor systems, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings specific to conveyor systems.

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with conveyor systems.

  • Maintain and repair machinery or equipment as needed.

  • Follow and enforce OSHA regulations to ensure a safe work environment.

  • Industrial maintenance / trouble shooting

Ultimate Millwright Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in conveyor installation and mechanical installation.

  • Candidates with Industrial Maintenance experience encouraged to apply

  • Proficient in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick).

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints related to conveyor systems.

  • Strong mechanical and technical skills with conveyor systems.

  • Must have appropriate PPE (hard hat, vest, steel-toe boots).

  • Ability to perform regular standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance.

  • Drug Test Required.

  • Background Check Required.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
