As the administrative assistant to the division’s director and the support leader for the Parking Division, the Office Specialist provides complex clerical support managing parking contracts for garages and lots in downtown Topeka. Primary duties include assisting walk-in customers, answering and directing phone calls, and responding to the general public. The incumbent maintains all documentation for parking contracts including card issuance, card reconciliation, billing, data entry, and related AP/AR functions.
