Are you our next Experience Producer?

The Experience Producer works in a highly collaborative partnership with Creative Leads, Content Strategists, Messaging Strategists, Multimedia Creative Leads, and internal sales teams. This candidate blends a passion for producing world-class work and stellar outcomes by blending talent, process, innovation, and ideas to produce innovative experiences rooted in strategy and purpose. The Experience Producer is one part process excellence and two parts creative collaboration. The right candidate knows the importance of craft, the devil in the details, project management, and creative negotiation to create stunning work and impact. Your impactful work begins with strategically aligning purpose and activation. You are fluid in your knowledge and driven by your curiosity to be adept at video, UI/UX, VR/AR, development, print production with maybe a little bit of environmental or event production knowledge. This opportunity taps into your love of seeing how a well-orchestrated collaboration can lead to breakthrough work that creates compelling experiences that will change the customer buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule and contribute to resource management across multiple projects at a time

  • Collaborate and help guide work across multi-disciplinary teams that produce internal events and memorable customer meeting experiences across digital and non-digital experiences utilizing web, mobile, video, streaming and emerging media, print, environmental and in-person and virtual events

  • Comfortable moving from detailed planning to facilitation to rolling your sleeves up and getting hands-on

Desired Skills/Abilities:

  • 3-5 + years of experience

  • Ability to balance project management needs with the technical dependencies in order to quickly, accurately and efficiently produce high quality work

  • Strong skills in project management platforms (Wrike, SmartSheet, Slack etc)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Adept at foreseeing dependencies and a love of problem solving

  • Embrace a collaborative approach working with diverse creative, strategic, sales and leadership teams

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously, adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines, and handle difficult situations with unflappable problem-solving skills

  • Basic knowledge of the application and role of multimedia content in marketing and communications organizations, with emphasis on broadcast, digital, and streaming best practices

  • Great project management skills, understands how to set expectations and personal priorities

  • Strong collaboration and negotiating skills with the art of applied interpersonal negotiation to achieve the best outcome
