Our client, a leader in health surveys, is seeking a Phone Interviewer to join their team. As a Phone Interviewer, you will be part of the data collection team supporting various health initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Phone Interviewer

Location: Topeka, KS

Pay Range: $16 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Conduct health surveys over the phone with participants.

  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

  • Ensure accurate data collection and entry.

  • Maintain a professional and friendly rapport with survey participants.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve survey goals.

What's Needed?

  • High School diploma or GED required.

  • No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.

  • Availability to work at least 15 hours per week.

  • Ability to work Tuesday to Thursday from 5:30 PM to 9 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 4:30 PM, and Sunday from 12:30 PM to 8 PM.

  • No background or drug screen required.
