Job Description
The Oracle Fusion Service organization has a mission to rid the world of bad experiences, by helping businesses improve their customer service. This position is in the Agent UX team, which utilizes cutting-edge technologies to provide a world class application for customer service agents. The application’s innovative user interface caters to both technical and business users; the emphasis being on usability, visual appeal, and a customizable, feature rich user experience. The underlying architecture provides modular building blocks for internal consumption and rapid development, as well as easy customer and partner integration.

Responsibilities
Innovate, Design and Implement new Agent UX features utilizing modern Web development tools. Write automated unit and acceptance tests and champion TDD and ATDD best practices. Lead and participate in design and code reviews. Coach and mentor other members of the development team. Work closely with other Scrum teams when implementing features spanning multiple teams. Introduce new tools and processes to help the team improve product quality, product performance, and team productivity. Become a product expert and leverage that expertise to support internal and external users.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Job Responsibilities:

Experience:
BS/MS in a technical engineering discipline
7+ years of professional software development experience
Expert knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming in a statically typed language such as Java, C#, C++, or TypeScript
Extensive experience developing Web-based products using modern tools such as React, Angular, Knockout, Vue, CSS, HTML 5, JavaScript
Experience with Test Driven Development, using mocking and Dependency Injection
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical individuals
Demonstrated ability to complete a project through a development process, including requirements gathering, detailed design and project planning

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $80,500 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
