Job Description
Identify tool and technology enhancements through collaboration with various sales and solution engineering teams. Lead process or tool improvements by identifying business needs and translating them into requirements and providing integrated solutions. Collaborate with Global IT and Applications to determine the best-case application configuration and design.
Business knowledge of Cloud / Solution Engineering processes and tools
SQL / Database / Methodology background
Project Management experience
Collaboration skills to lead/present meetings with Senior Management as well as IC and Engineering Staff
Responsibilities
Responsible to lead technology and process enablement across Oracle’s NACI organization.
Engage in business development strategies and programs in support of Oracle's NACI Sales Organization.
SQL/ Database / Methodology: Leverage database modeling skills to translate business requirements to integrated application solutions. Work with technical resources to support application design and development. Strong understanding of SQL/APEX to investigate and trouble shoot application/data issues and build application prototypes
Business Knowledge: Bring and understanding of the changing role of Cloud / Solution Engineering as Oracle adapts to the cloud marketplace and highly technical enablement and sales cycle.
Project Management: Ability to scope, prioritize, and manage numerous workstreams, creating and maintaining project plans to commit & deliver on specific deliverables.
Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals.

Hiring Range: from $95,000 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
