What You'll Do:

As the ERP Outbound Product Manager , you'll be at the forefront of product strategy and market positioning for NetSuite’s ERP solutions. Your role is key in shaping how the world sees and uses ERP. You'll be a subject matter expert both internally and externally, driving insights that influence product evolution, messaging, and growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Product Advocacy & Market Expertise: Be the ERP expert . Dive deep into the buyer’s journey, focusing on small to mid-sized businesses. Analyze buyer personas, purchasing patterns, and decision drivers to deliver invaluable insights to the team.

Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing competitors and the ERP landscape. Spot trends, weaknesses, and opportunities to inform our product strategy and differentiate us in the market.

Strategic Influence: Collaborate with the ERP product management team to refine and execute our product strategy. Your insights will help craft the product roadmap , keeping NetSuite ahead of the competition.

Compelling Product Positioning: Craft and communicate a unique, compelling narrative for NetSuite ERP. Work hand-in-hand with marketing to align messaging across all channels, from PR and website content to sales presentations.

Thought Leadership: Represent NetSuite ERP as a recognized leader in the field. Engage in speaking opportunities, industry events, and publications to share your knowledge and showcase our product’s innovation.

Product Launches & Enablement: Lead the charge on new product launches . Collaborate with cross-functional teams like GTM, Marketing, and Sales to ensure seamless, impactful product rollouts.

Collaboration & Product Enablement: Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Professional Services) to drive successful product launches and create impactful messaging, training, and demand generation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in ERP Product Management , Product Marketing, or Solution Consulting.

  • Deep knowledge of ERP systems across various industries and a passion for the product .

  • Ability to think strategically and collaborate globally in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus .

  • Proven leadership with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, compelling way.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $74,700 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
