iCIMS Principal Web Performance Analyst in Topeka, Kansas
Job Overview
iCIMS is looking for a web performance expert to join the iCIMS Marketing team. This role will oversee the analysis and execution of experiential performance updates made to iCIMS’ corporate websites as well as own search engine optimization (SEO). As the Principal Web Performance Analyst, you will work closely with our digital experience team of content creators, UX designers and developers as well as partner with demand marketers to lead the creation of lead gen experiences on icims.com, ensuring that they exceed industry standard methodologies and benchmarks. Implementing ongoing SEO tactics in partnership with agency partners, you will ensure increased user conversion and engagement while multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities
In partnership with outside agency partners and internal teams, oversee the execution of iCIMS’ digital roadmap for website lead gen efforts on iCIMS.com
Partner with Demand Generation and optimize benchmarking plans for INQs/MQLs/SQLs, improve website conversions with desired audiences as well as ensure general website health and critical metrics (bounce rate, new users, return users, time on site, etc.) are optimal
Own site updates and variant testing, ensuring website experiences are optimized for high conversion
Develop Executive reports and deliver analytical findings to senior and c-level leadership on an ongoing basis
Translate technical terminology into accessible language for non-digital team members as needed
Demonstrates urgency, accountability and initiative
Maintains flexibility and reacts to change appropriately
Takes feedback as opportunities for growth and provides solutions professionally
Takes measures to proactively enhance body of knowledge and develops skills as business needs

Qualifications
High education in Marketing, Communication or equivalent
3+ years of B2B SaaS experiance
5+ years of agency side and/or marketing experience rooted in digital analysis and performance
Web performance Analyst Experiance
Experience with multi variant website testing
Understanding of website personalization (DemandBase and similar systems)
Demonstrable experience and success in website optimizations and SEO tactics (SEO content development, technical SEO, conversion optimization)
Expertise in pulling and analyzing site performance data to glean insights and reporting to executives on findings
Experience working within a web CMS (WordPress, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.)
Analytically minded with proven success creating digital experiences that generate high conversion
Experience partnering and managing agencies and outside vendors
Technical savvy and proficiency in HTML
Excellent organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects at once
Proven problem-solving skills with a track record of flawless execution and solid attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must articulate thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely and persuasively
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work seamlessly in a team-oriented environment
Demonstrated flexibility, resilience and creativity
A self-motivated, enthusiastic demeanor with the ability to easily switch gears and manage multiple projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) as well as experience with project management software (Wrike, Slack, etc.) required

Compensation and Benefits
The target total compensation for this role is $120,000-135,000. Compensation will be based upon experience.
