Product Manager - Dental
This role is responsible for managing a set of software teams across the Dental, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence and projects within the Dental Business Unit. The role works closely with customers and internal stakeholders who provide feedback and guidance to helps this role set the direction of the product. The direction of the product is managed via a product backlog and roadmap . The Platform Product Owner drives the platform vision with a broad skill set that brings enhanced value to product strategy, and responsible for building key components of Change Healthcare’s Dental Platform.
This is a remote role.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Translate business, market, and customer needs (collaborating with the Business Leads) into product strategy and requirements (e.g., functional, and technical design documents).
Present solutions to customers and provide subject matter expertise for customers before and after the sale.
Create customer-facing training collateral and participate in customer community activities
Assist with implementation activities as needed.
Work closely with account management to educate potential customers on product offering and aid with customer on-boarding
Provide product feedback to other product managers and R&D.
Work with R&D to drive build out of the Product features and APIs
Work with R&D to build AI models for intelligent prediction
Understands and helps in driving requirements for Dental Platform
What are the requirements?
Minimum 3 years of experience is required in the field of software development, product
A Bachelor's degree, preferably in information technology, healthcare, or equivalent work experience.
What critical skills are needed for you to consider someone for this position?
Experience with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
Experience in discussing and explaining complex product offerings to a variety of audiences.
Able to learn complex concepts quickly
Comfortable working in an agile and dynamic environment/Familiarity with agile development concepts
Strong presentation skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
Creative problem solving – individually and as a member of a team.
Must demonstrate a strong ability to drive execution of complex and enterprise level technology solutions (e.g., move projects forward with unknowns and anticipate and mitigate risks.)
Comfortable with taking initiative and driving toward a positive outcome for stakeholders.
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle is strongly desired
A master’s in information technology or business administration is preferred but not required
Working experience with SAFe is preferred.
How much should I expect to travel?
<10% - occasional travel to Change Healthcare offices or meetings may be required
