Product Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Display strong leadership, organizational and execution skills.

  2. Primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.

  3. Incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.

  4. Leads and motivates a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives, and maintains team health.

  5. Understand Facebook’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry.

  6. Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.

  7. Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the US.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Experience must include 24 months involving the following:

  2. Product management or product design

  3. Technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications or media products

  4. Designing simple and intuitive user interfaces

  5. Creating examples through wire frames and mock ups

  6. Working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team

  7. Delivering technical presentations

  8. Analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data

  9. Gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution.
