Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program leader, with proven experience in the problem space of Cloud Reliability and Operations. You will play a key role in influencing the strategy and execution of key initiatives for improving OCI reliability. The role requires a wide range of skills, including demonstrating understanding of complex, highly technical systems and services in the Cloud. As a member of the OCI Reliability team, you will define the future of tools, programs and processes to drive outcomes that will delight our customers with reliability of services and infrastructure that will lead the industry in any cloud environment.

Responsibilities
Engaging with internal service teams and influencing business leaders.
Advocate for prioritization of reliability programs by articulating the criticality and impact to customer and OCI.
Create impactful documents and reports to be presented to senior leadership and OCI service teams.
Provide product demos, training, and assistance for stakeholder teams.
Analyse gaps and increase program efficacy by advocating for improvements in tooling, processes and participation.
Create content to help enable customer success.
Define, measure, and manage stakeholder experience and business performance goals.
Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues that might otherwise derail projects.
Thought leadership and executive direction in establishing and developing processes and methodologies to meet and execute product strategy.
Influence and work with geographically distributed cross-functional teams.
Work collaboratively with engineering on business requirements and technical specifications, use problem-solving skills to get the job done.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $104,100 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
