About the Role:
As the Program Manager of Generative AI Solutions and Adoption, you will lead the exploration, adoption, and operationalization of Generative AI tools within Xerox, with a focus on delivering measurable business impact. This role offers an exciting opportunity to navigate and bring order to the evolving Generative AI landscape, identify high-value opportunities, and drive initiatives that align with Xerox’s reinvention efforts.
You will be instrumental in launching and scaling ChatGPT Enterprise while driving a broader, technology-agnostic approach to Generative AI innovation across the organization. As a key member of the Generative AI Center of Excellence (COE), you will work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to enable enterprise-wide value creation through GenAI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership of AI Solutions
Drive the launch, exploration, and enterprise adoption of including ChatGPT Enterprise, across the organization.
Collaborate with business functions to identify impactful use cases, operationalize pilots, and measure success metrics.
Liaise with business stakeholders and IT Business Relationship Managers to maintain visibility into pilots and proof-of-concept projects, ensuring alignment with priority areas and driving impactful business outcomes.
Organizational Enablement and Advocacy
Lead change management efforts to empower teams to use Generative AI tools responsibly and effectively.
Foster a culture of innovation by driving employee engagement, learning, and collaboration around Generative AI adoption.
Partner with Learning & Development to create training programs for GenAI tool utilization tailored to specific roles and needs.
Business Alignment and Impact Measurement
Collaborate with business leaders to align GenAI initiatives with organizational goals, focusing on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and productivity.
Define and track KPIs to measure the success and impact of Generative AI implementations.
Technology Evaluation and Innovation
Stay informed on emerging Generative AI technologies to identify tools that drive differentiation and value.
Advocate for responsible exploration of new GenAI technologies in alignment with organizational priorities.
Governance and Risk Management
Partner within the Generative AI COE to ensure adherence to ethical AI practices, data privacy standards, and organizational governance frameworks.
Qualifications and Experience:
Demonstrated experience in managing technology-driven programs, preferably in AI or emerging technologies, with a proven ability to deliver in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Exceptional agility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust priorities and navigate ambiguity as organizational and technology landscapes evolve.
Strong ability to connect technology initiatives with business outcomes, driving large-scale adoption of enterprise tools.
Familiarity with Generative AI tools, including ChatGPT Enterprise, and their applications in business contexts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across levels and functions.
Analytical mindset, with experience in defining success metrics and driving continuous improvement based on data and feedback.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
