Summary:

The People Experience team works together to build and scale innovative people experiences for everyone at Meta. To advance this work, we are looking for a strategic and solution-oriented Program Manager to lead high-priority work to advance the manager and team experience. This role will require partnering to advance the highest priority needs across managers and teams, identifying and sharing the key problems within the priority areas, driving cross-functional efforts to execute against the highest priority problems, and ensuring knowledge and resources are shared across teams to improve our people philosophies and effectiveness. The Program Manager will collaborate with many internal partners including HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, People Analytics, People Engineering, Diversity & Inclusion, and organizational leaders at Facebook to support people and teams at Meta.

Required Skills:

  1. Partner with the broader People Experience team to assess highest priority needs across the manager and team experience, with a specific focus on remote and distributed team needs

  2. Collaborate with People Analytics and cross-functional partners to identify business questions and research opportunities to help drive effectiveness for distributed managers and teams

  3. Support and communicate research including quantitative and qualitative analysis

  4. Develop innovative and effective solutions at scale to support the needs of distributed managers and teams

  5. Work across cross-functional teams to maintain the portfolio of efforts in high priority areas to ensure priorities are unified and teams are aligned. Lead cross-functional roadmapping process to identify and update priorities based on the data

  6. Partner with the People Communications team to develop and drive the communications and engagement strategy for key audiences

  7. Draft communications and build and deliver clear and impactful presentations for stakeholders, and for status reports, executive updates, meetings, annual planning, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of work experience within People Programs or experience, HR, analytics, consulting or related field

  2. Broad talent management experience with specific experience in manager, team and remote or distributed work experience

  3. Experience leading end-to-end program management and large-scale change management efforts across multiple functions

  4. Experience leading cross-functional collaboration for large complex people programs, driving data analysis, setting and implementing strategy, building alignment around a vision, stakeholder and business leader communications

  5. Experience prioritizing needs with reason and solutions across multiple teams

  6. Experience identifying gaps and improving processes and programs and/or experience design

  7. Experience operating in a matrix

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree in HR, business, organizational design, or related field, or equivalent work experience
