Meta Project Coordinator - Business Intelligence in Topeka, Kansas

Summary:

Meta, Infra Data Centers, Facility Operations is seeking a data-driven professional with good understanding of planning processes, end-to-end project management lifecycle, and leveraging data to enable sound decision-making. This individual would have sound program management skills, including strategic communications at various levels, operationalizing complex processes, and driving accountability within cross-functional team. This individual would have experience with data including assessment of scope, risk, cost and schedule, communications and design gates.

Required Skills:

Project Coordinator - Business Intelligence Responsibilities:

  1. As a program manager, enable the process for identification, development, planning and prioritization of data center programs utilizing key metrics to drive business decisions.

  2. Apply quantitative expertise to mine massive amounts of data and extract impactful insights.

  3. Ensure tracking and reporting on portfolio and program health, based on set business driven metrics and benchmarks.

  4. Ensure prioritization is driven through data, analytics, and communication to business leaders and stakeholders.

  5. Oversee various types of small to mid-scale tooling/dashboarding/data analysis projects from initial concept creation to delivery within established scope, timing, budget and quality.

  6. Planning and monitoring of project artifacts through the creation, development, review and approval process.

  7. Implementing and maintaining overall process and procedures driving greater efficiencies and quality of work.

  8. Work with operations, regional and Central teams to understand business intelligence needs and prioritize efforts to support strategic business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or commensurate experience

  2. 5+ years of experience project/program management with a global focus

  3. 3+ years of experience in quantitative analysis

  4. Experience in Unifier, Tableau and other Enterprise and data analytics applications

  5. Track record of thinking strategically and executing tactically, keeping high-level business objectives in mind

  6. Track record of developing and consistently tracking and reporting business-critical metrics to drive decision-making

  7. Experience in program management and deployment

  8. Experience supporting site teams in a responsive and resourceful manner

  9. Superior communications skills

  3. Experience in data centers or equivalent mission-critical environments
