Our client is a well-known multinational snack manufacturer and they are looking for a Quality Process Manager to join their growing team on a 15 month contract. The Quality Process Manager will be brought on to lead and manage projects with multiple stakeholders, regional, and global teams. This role will also set priorities and give best recommendations on how to meet deadlines. The client is looking for a candidate who has the ability to understand business strategies and translate/merge them into supply programs, while also facilitating teams in making decisions and solving problems. responsibilities:
Maintaining regional form standardization and data visualization with two measurable outcomes:
(1) Data Quality- By maintaining regional form standardization, the contractor ensures that data is fit for higher-order digitalization tools like data visualization and analytics. Goal: data usability in visualization with analytics tool(s) (PowerBI).
(2) Data Visualization and Trending- The contractor will be accountable for quantifying any associate time savings and NQC/incident reduction born from the implementation of paperless factory. The contractor will also utilize data visualization to identify Continuous Improvement opportunities within Weever Process. Goal: figures reported for FTE freed up and $ NQC/incident reduction quantified.
The contractor will report directly to Senior Quality Process Manager and will not be utilized for "Business as Usual" activities by the local Q&FS managers.
Support form creation and implementation
Lead to the delivery of 17 digitized processes that were at risk due to regional resource constraints (2024)
Gap-fill all remaining at-risk digitization sites within the client globally with priority given to sites with an unexpected resourcing shortfall.
Delivery of +106 digitized processes (62 of which are currently identified as "at risk" due to site resourcing gaps). (2025)
