Job Description

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the recruiting coordinator will lead the B2B department's administrative recruiting tasks. This role will require excellent attention to detail along with superb communication and organizational skills. The coordinator will be responsible for processing requisitions, offers, and talent acquisition tracking.

YOU WILL:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for all administrative processes in Talent Acquisition using Workday, including facilitating job requisitions, offers of employment, and approvals.

  • Proactively follow up with hiring leaders for daily requisition and offer approvals.

  • Monitor open requisitions and postings, ensuring they are up-to-date.

  • Run requisition tracking and participate in internal requisition reviews to ensure efficient and timely hiring.

  • Work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process. Act as the primary point of contact for administrative support related to talent acquisition.

  • Submit and track tickets for IT, payroll, and HRIS issues, ensuring quick resolution of any technical or system-related concerns to prevent delays in the recruitment process.

  • Maintain and monitor the new hire tracking sheet daily, ensuring all new hires are accurately documented and progressing through the recruitment and onboarding process as planned.

  • Initiate pre-employment background checks for new hires, manage the invoicing process, and ensure that all checks are completed in a timely and compliant manner.

  • Support internal employee transfers by managing the coordination and communication between departments to ensure smooth transitions.

  • Continuously evolve and refine administrative processes within Talent Acquisition. Document changes and identify areas for improvement to streamline and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with IT, Training, and People Solutions teams to ensure that all new Concentrix employees have a smooth onboarding experience. Help ensure timely and efficient onboarding, including system access, training schedules, and benefits enrollment.

YOU HAVE:

  • Preferred: Local to Nashville, TN

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or related field, with hands-on experience using Workday or similar HRIS systems.

  • Expertise in Workday for managing requisitions, offers, and approvals.

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

  • Knowledge of pre-employment background checks and invoicing processes.

  • Proactive and solution-oriented, able to anticipate challenges and take corrective action.

  • Adaptable to change, with a continuous improvement mindset for enhancing processes.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and new hires.

  • Possess superior time management and prioritization skills.

  • Has the ability to effect change where appropriate through taking a results-oriented approach to resolving business issues and has a high level of persistence to overcome challenges.
