Sales Development Representative

Description
Dodge Construction Network (Dodge)is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join ourNew BusinessSales team! The SDR is our entry-level sales role and is seen as the starter position/bench for future development within the organization. As the first point of contact for many prospects, this role will have the responsibility of maintaining Dodge’s highest level of standards as you focus on qualifying and generating new SaaS-based sales demos and opportunities to support the Account Executives. Successful candidates are high energy, ambitious, friendly, and have a superior work ethic.
Thisis afull-timepositionandreports directly to theManager, Sales Development.
Preferred Location
This is a remote,home-officerole and candidates located in thecontinentalUS will be considered.
Travel Requirements
Expected travel is5%forthis role.
Essential Functions
Drive lead opportunities and develop new business via inbound and outbound phone (50/50) and utilize mass communications tools such as email, social media,Salesloft, etc. to introduce DCN products/services and drive demos
Achieve daily, weekly, monthly activity, and sales lead quotas and update within Salesforce
Learn and apply solution-based selling by using a consultative prospecting approach
Improve performance results by continuous self-monitoring
Follow the standard operating procedures as set forth by management to achieve the highest % success factors
Maintain high call volumes
Attain all Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)in order toreach and demo the desired number of prospects per day, improve our lead to opportunity ratio, and our opportunity to win ratio
Education Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree and/or combination of relevant work experience
Required Experience , Knowledge and Skills
Exceptional communication skills – bonus points if you are a bilingual English/Spanish speaker!
Strong interpersonal skills and sales aptitude
Ability to handle a high volume of cold calling to build a resourceful pipeline
Adaptability for learning job responsibilities and processes
Exemplary decision making, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Results-driven with the ability to adapt to a fast-changing work setting
Preferre d Experience , Knowledge and Skills
Proficiency in a CRM as well as desktop software programs including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)/Web with a tech savvy with an aptitude to learn new SaaS products
Some successful inside sales experience; having worked within large SaaS organizations is a huge plus
Knowledge of the construction industry

Salary Disclosure
Base Salary R ange: $ 45,000 +UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS!
This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and otherjob-relatedfactors.Dodge Construction Network’scompensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary,comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles,uncappedcommissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
