100% Hunter Position. Responsible for revenue growth of service business. Most important and most difficult job in the company. Must be able to accept rejection and win through persistence. Control of own income, unlimited income potential. No limit on incentives.

Qualifications and Skills
MUST live in general area of specified sales territory – Manhattan, Topeka, Lawrence Metro Area
At least one year of continuous full-time work experience in a customer service related role or a sales related role.
Sales experience preferred but not required.
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. A Bachelor’s degree is a HUGE plus.
Open minded and willing to learn new methods and concepts.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Sales hunter mentality.

Highly professional demeanor.
Must have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, social media, networking capabilities and email.
Must be able to satisfactorily pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
Must be able to satisfactorily pass a motor vehicle record check. Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Must be able to meet P1 Group qualifications to operate a vehicle on company business. Must have access to drive a well maintained vehicle with an up to date registration with the local Department of Motor Vehicles. Both the candidate and the vehicle must be currently covered on a personal insurance policy.
