Description:

Manage, administer, and monitor the security compliance features and options available in the cloud-based messaging and collaboration systems, including but not limited to Office 365, MDM, MFA, ATP, Proofpoint, AAD Sync, AAD Connect, and AD Federated Services. Provides expert technical support for their cloud-based messaging and collaboration system. An integral part of the team that will aid in the design, planning, implementation, operation, and maintenance of the cloud-based messaging and collaboration system. Collaborate with vendors, branch agencies, and other possible government-based customers as required.

Administer the Office 365 Compliance Center to help with govern data and service across Office 365. Management includes options for agencies in legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements. Coordinate activities of other agencies troubleshooting teams during support issues, security events, root cause analysis, or critical outages. Provides expert support for the Microsoft ADFS user directory. An integral part of the team that will provide implementation, operation, and maintenance of the Federated service.

Internal/External agency support. Troubleshoots and resolves complex network, server, active directory, and ADFS issues related to cloud-based messaging and collaboration systems. Utilizes Office 365 Admin tools, PowerShell, network analyzers, probes, telnet, ssh, nslookup, ping, tracers, Wireshark, rplmon, dcdiag, netdiag, custom MMC snap-ins, exchange administrator center, repadmin, DNS, event logs, adsiedit, LDAP, perfmon, tcpview, process viewer, and other commonly used utilities. Supply tier three user support for advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution for cloud-based messaging and collaboration systems.

Administer and manage on-prem software and Implement security templates and software hardening procedures on enterprise-wide applications and hardware. Performs auditing of security-related logs and limited incident response. Controls resource access by creating and managing complex user groups and permissions. Creates, maintains, and tests server and application disaster recovery procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Coursework in Microsoft Active Directory, Electronic Mail and Collaboration systems, network operation systems, network protocols, LAN's & WAN's, virtualization technologies, and storage area networks.
