About the Role:

The Compensation Analyst reports to the Director of Global Compensation programs and assists in administering and analyzing compensation programs, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. This role focuses on supporting developing and deploying global programs and processes, data integrity, and compliance while collaborating across teams to support compensation processes and initiatives.

What You Will Do:

  • Perform various research and analyses to determine compensation programs’ market competitiveness and/or ensure compliance with legal regulations.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) for all employee positions, including creating and updating various compensation profiles, salary ranges, and program eligibility.

  • Oversees the survey submission process for the compensation team by compiling, analyzing, and evaluating survey data and maintaining compensation survey sources.

  • Assist with the administration of stock programs in partnership with the Senior Compensation Program Manager and the Stock Administration team.

  • Maintain and refine compensation tools, such as spreadsheets and reporting mechanisms.

  • Assist in administering annual compensation processes, such as merit increases, bonus payouts, and equity grant refreshes.

  • Develops techniques for compiling, preparing, and presenting data to various audiences within and outside the People team.

  • Support special compensation projects and initiatives on an ad hoc basis.

What You Will Bring:

  • Preferred

  • 2-3 years experience of compensation experience either in-house or at a consulting/survey company with a global footprint

  • Solid knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS system

  • Previous experience participating in and analyzing global compensation market surveys such as Radford, Mercer, or WTW.

  • Intermediate spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets), proficient in XLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and INDEX/MATCH formulas.

  • Required

  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters and information with discretion and integrity

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience that demonstrates comfortability working with various kinds of data and analytical ability to summarize and synthesize that information

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets

  • Self-motivated and able to work successfully with minimal supervision in a remote environment

  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively with end users, peers, and managers

This position has an annual estimated salary of $130,600 - $153,450 and a competitive equity package. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
