Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Manager, Lead Generation to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing and executing strategies to identify, nurture, and convert high-quality leads that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing lead generation efforts, leveraging data-driven insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed lead acquisition targets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a high level of personal performance in achieving target goals of client connections.
  • Update client details in salesforce.
  • Facilitate person-to-person introductions between prospective clients and the designated AMN Regional Vice President of Business Development.
  • Leverage referrals from marketing sources, clients, and networking opportunities to convert more new appointments set for discovery and presentation.
  • Develop proactive call strategies with marketing and other team members.
  • Discovery of the client\'s current situation, objections, and perceptions of current usage by probing previous experiences to educate how AMN solutions align with their strategy.
  • Propose relevant staffing options that address how service offerings help handle employment costs, increase quality of care, and efficient staffing processes.
  • Consult with client contacts on the full spectrum of relevant AMN services improving thought leadership, marketing materials, and sales strategy to introduce cross-selling opportunities to internal sales partners.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of Lead Development Directors, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Set clear goals, provide regular coaching, and ensure the professional development of team members.
  • Define, monitor, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the lead generation team, such as lead volume, quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
  • Work closely with the sales leadership team to define and align lead generation strategies with revenue objectives.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to identify, nurture, and qualify leads across various channels.
  • Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to ensure alignment of messaging and content with sales goals.
  • Manage and optimize the use of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms to streamline lead tracking and nurturing.

  • Ability to navigate contract negotiations

Qualifications

Education & Years of Experience

  • Associate\'s Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7-9 years of work experience

Additional Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in lead generation, demand generation, or digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in creating and executing successful lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is strongly preferred
  • Prior utilization of tools like Zoominfo, LI Sales Navigator and/or DemandBase are preferred
  • Experience in understanding of Managed Service programs (VMS, RPO, Hospital Technology, and MSP offerings)
  • C-Suite level sales engagement experience
