What Quality Engineering contributes to Cardinal Health
Quality develops and implements quality policies, procedures, and processes to ensure products and services comply with regulatory standards and specifications.
Quality Engineering manages product and service quality planning, evaluation and control. This job family works cross-functionally in the development and implementation of prevention-based methodologies used in designing, manufacturing, testing, and correction of products and services.
We are looking for an experienced software development engineer in test to perform manual testing and continue to develop automated test cases for Cardinal Health's electronics benefit verification (eBV) and electronic prior authorization (ePA) platform. This is an important and highly visible role, support multiple business units across Cardinal Health
Responsibilities
Performs manual testing when required.
Develop automated test cases for new functionality,
Perform full testing of benefits verification and prior authorization platform,
Produce reports and metrics showing progress of testing for projects,
Participate in design and architecture sessions to ensure testing is front and center in design and project plans
Record tests and results in project tracking software.
Qualifications
8-12 years of experience, preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Code automated test cases for platform, NodeJS and Java preferred
Experience with Selenium, Swagger, TDD, & BDD is preferred
Previous experience with automated test frameworks is required. Jest and cypress preferred
Prior experience within a Specialty Hub or Big Pharma company preferred
Prior experience testing eBV or ePA solutions preferred

Anticipated salary range: $103,500 - $147,900
