Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Sr. IT Support Consultant for a client in Topeka, KS. This candidate will partner with the IT Staff to perform all things IT related. This consists of basic helpdesk and desktop support for the business unit. Providing hardware and software updates. Docking station set up, Inventory oversight, troubleshooting IT issues. This candidate will ideally have a wide variety of It experience and knowledge and be able to take on any task.

Skills and Requirements
-3+ years of Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience
-Basic Networking experience. Preferred: VOIP
-Personable. Working with alot of clients every day
-Familiarity with BI Systems (SQL)
-Able to pass a finger print BG Check Technologies
-Juniper Switches
