A qualified candidate would have a strong business analyst, product owner or analyst background involving guest experience technology implementations including access control and experience communicating with key stakeholders including the C-suite to develop requirements and formal documentation to help build out all the technology surrounding new, premier guest experience or destinations. This role will require clear written and verbal communication to gather technical and functional requirements as well as capability matrixes. This person will need to have executive level polish and experience leading requirements gathering meetings with senior level executives effectively. This person will be working with key stakeholders including interfacing with directors and vice presidents as well as critical technical resources including solution architects to develop all technology solutions for their new guest experiences with heavy emphasis around access control. In this role you will be responsible for not only gathering all requirements and ensuring the technology solutions created meet those requirements but you will also be involved in ensuring all deployments of those solutions for their new guest experiences are done so successfully. Required Skills:

Must have at 7+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Project Owner, Operational Analyst or Project Manager )

Previous professional experience within the hospitality, tourism, theme park

Proven experience leading requirements gathering sessions, documenting technical and functional requirements, BRDs, capability matrixes, etc.

Experience interfacing and presenting, directly with stakeholders including C-level, VPs and directors.

Experience gathering requirements for a project pertaining to guest experiences, theme parks build outs, or access control devices like electronic wristband is required

Advanced skills working within and utilizing Excel, MS Project and Visio

Willingness to travel up to once per month domestically for meetings with senior level stakeholders

Desired Skills:

Experience with RFID, Magnetic Stripe, and/or experience implementing guest wrist band technology strongly desired
