What does a great Sr. Software Developer do?
The Sr. Software Developer will work in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, application design, system development, testing and implementation. The Sr. Software Developer must be capable of producing high quality code, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role liaises with project managers, lead developers, business analysts, and may also include some client interaction.
Provide technical knowledge to assist clients and development teams integrating services into their mobile applications.
Develop code that meets design and architectural requirements and supports system testing
Understand the impact of changes across the application.
Discuss aspects of the design with architects, team leads and business analysts to check understanding and raise concerns.
Enhance and maintain existing application software, continually providing support for internally developed applications.
Accurately communicate development status on a regular basis to team leads.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education in a related discipline is desired; equivalent, relevant work experience may be substituted for degree.
Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in building enterprise software.
Minimum 4 years of high-quality mobile application development, principally in iOS and Android.
For Android development, Java development experience a must, Kotlin development experience a plus.
Familiar with Android Integrated Development Environments like Android Studio and/or Eclipse.
For IOS development, Objective-C and Swift development experience is a must.
Must be familiar with the Xcode and the iOS simulator.
Team player and great collaborator, also self-motivated and able to work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with application submission to Google Play Store a plus.
Experience with iTunes Connect and TestFlight a plus
Exposure to Agile/Scrum software development methodology
Financial Services industry experience
C++ development skills
Experience with Maven build tools and processes
Experience with Jenkins to manage project integrations and deployments
