What you will do
Design, develop, and execute software solutions to address business needs on our Automated Tank Gauge and related platforms
Bring your knowledge of newer technology stacks and frameworks, and identify where they should be applied, helping the rest of the team get up to speed.
Use your experience with Agile methodologies to improve the working of our Agile teams
Collaborate with peers, electrical and mechanical development teams, quality assurance and others as needed to produce game changing solutions
Mentor junior engineers on best practices in design and coding as well as transfer technical knowledge about newer technologies
Who you are
Bachelors of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
7-10 Years of experience developing software in object-oriented programming languages. Ideally C++ or Java.
Project leadership experience is preferred
Experience with continuous integration and automated test technologies is useful
Experience with REST APIs and JSON is useful
Experience with AWS or Azure (and associated services) is useful
The base compensation range for this position is $128,750 to $164,700 per year. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the USA without the need for employer-sponsored visa support.
