The Stars Program Delivery Lead strategically identifies, develops, and implements programs that influence providers, members or market leadership towards improved quality metrics. The Program Delivery Lead partners with leaders across Health Quality & Stars to develop, implement, and manage programs designed to drive results-oriented collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have a curious learner mindset, enjoy process design and improvement work, be invested in building relationships and rapport, and able to define and advise on work that needs to occur.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-department Stars special projects to identify and drive solutions, as needed.
Manage governance for two enterprise meetings: development and maintenance of deliverables, stakeholder collaboration, meeting setup, deadline management, and tracking of action items to completion
Document and organize team processes to drive efficiencies, organization and team planning
Partner with peer to budget and track special request funding related to Stars Enterprise Accountability
Ensure regular updates to stakeholders on project status and concerns, or barriers, through effective communication between the team and enterprise partners
Proactively identify project risks and ensure documentation and communication of risks are shared with appropriate stakeholders
Reviews and communicates results of programs.
Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks and works under minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
7+ years of cross-functional project management experience
Experience with process design or improvement
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office XP products (Word, Excel, Access)
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Strong relationship building skills
Strong analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
Stars program experience
Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
PMP certification a plus
Six Sigma Certification also a plus
Knowledge and experience in health care environment/managed care
Work-At-Home Requirements
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$115,200 - $158,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
