WhatsApp Partnerships is looking for a strategic and operationally-strong Partner Solutions Manager. The person will work with global partners, support a data and analytics function, and help set the strategy for the WhatsApp Partnerships team and partner management in the region. The Partner Solutions team works to ensure a seamless experience for partners on our platform through deep product expertise and business analytics. WhatsApp Partnerships manages WhatsApp’s product and business relationships with some of the world’s most important business solutions providers.
Work cross-functionally to drive and deliver scalable solutions for WhatsApp Partnerships programs
Use data to spot opportunities and deliver insights to improve partners’ performance
Proactively analyze and communicate metrics and vertical trends as they relate to business messaging
Drive product and partner adoption and provide ongoing education about new and existing WhatsApp business products
Develop an understanding of Partnerships' goals and help determine ways to track progress
Align with product and operations teams to act as an expert on specific WhatsApp business products
Serve as an internal advocate in connecting teams to product and operational solutions
Proactively advocate for partners and push issues toward resolution
8+ years of experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, account, partner, or project management
Proficiency in building business intelligence tooling to guide business decisions
Experience turning data into a narrative
Experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative
Experience working cross-functionally, both internally and externally
Experience solving problems in a collaborative environment
Experience prioritizing projects and responsibilities on behalf of multiple partners
Experience in channel sales organizations with enterprise SaaS businesses
Experience managing people directly or on dotted line perspective
