What youll do
- Perform day-to-day monitoring, upkeep and administration functions to ensure reliable, robust and secure operations of the network environment.
- Design and deployment of LAN, WAN and wireless technologies, including switches, routers, UPS\'s, AP\'s and other hardware.
- Assessing near-and long-term capacity needs.
- Evaluates new technologies and develops departmental standard practices.
- Development and upkeep of various network documentation and diagrams.
- Performing analysis of business requirements and impact analysis to infrastructure.
- Project Management Practices (PMP) required for projects and activities.
- Communicate and coordinate objectives and activities with various stakeholders throughout the organization.
What you need
- High school diploma/GED requited. Bachelor Degree or completion of a Computer Science Program from a Technical Trade School is preferred.
- Minimum of five years experience in I.T. infrastructure and/or application development is
- Must have proven successful project management skills.
- Must have successfully managed assigned technology by performing regular and critical maintenance tasks within defined service levels.

Preferred experience with the following Vendors/Technologies:
- Cisco, Cisco ACI, Cisco ISE, Cisco Wireless, Aruba Wireless, Palo Alto, VMWare, FatPipe, SolarWinds, Wireshark, Observer-Apex, Gigamon, Cloud Technologies, APC, Fluke.
- Protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIRGP, QOS, IPSEC, TCP/IP, 802.1X, RADIUS, VPC, LACP, HSRP, DNS, DHCP, IPv6.
- Minimum of 5 years related experience in provisioning, securing, managing and upgrading a medium to large scale Data Center, WAN, LAN and networking environment.
