Required Skills:

Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Applications Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical program management guidance, with a focus on HR Data standardization/usability exploration by unifying the definition of data components and centralizing concepts

  2. Lead technical projects concerning Workday backdated data reflection by providing transaction-based extraction (TARDIS) detailing data entered into the system, effective dates for transactions, respond to changes to previously posted transactions, process rescinds and also registers the reason for such transactions

  3. Manage Enterprise Learning data standardization and visualization

  4. Provide hands-on management of the entire product/program lifecycle, from the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases of company products and projects

  5. Move internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions, and measure impact by defining meaningful metrics to meet company growth goals

  6. Prioritize products and projects based on impact level and leverage data to drive prioritization decisions

  7. Foster a culture of data driven decision-making throughout the entire product life cycle

  8. Map dependencies and relationship between products, projects, and technologies throughout stages of product modification and upgrades

  9. Identify upcoming risks, issues, and bottlenecks and resolve cross-team issues

  10. Create better and more efficient workflows

  11. Establish excellent working relations with all partners with an emphasis on maximizing team members’ potential, providing day-to-day coordination, and quality assurance for products, projects, and tasks

  12. In connection with the above duties, apply knowledge and/or skills of: leading cross functional strategic initiatives

  13. System and enterprise architecture

  14. Amazon Web Services Cloud, APIs and Web Services

  15. Risk management including risk identification and mitigation

  16. Cross functional Dependency management

  17. Agile methodologies and tools including JIRA

  18. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

  19. Developing workflows and flowcharts using Lucid Chart and Visio

  20. User adoption including Google Analytics, and Amplitude

  21. Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U.S.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field of study and 24 months of experience in the job offered or alternate occupation of (all levels accepted): Mgr, Technical Program Mgr, Program Mgr, Programmer Analyst, System Analyst, IT Analyst, or computer-related occupation. 24 months of experience in each of the following:

  2. Leading cross functional strategic initiatives

  3. System and enterprise architecture

  4. Amazon Web Services Cloud, APIs and Web Services

  5. Risk management including risk identification and mitigation

  6. Cross functional Dependency management

  7. Agile methodologies and tools including JIRA

  8. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

  9. Developing workflows and flowcharts using Lucid Chart and Visio

  10. User adoption including Google Analytics, and Amplitude
