Pearl Interactive Network Timekeeping Administrator - Remote in Topeka, Kansas
Pearl Interactive Network is sourcing to hire a Remote Timekeeping Administrator.
The Timekeeping Administrator (TKA) is responsible for ensuring employees submit timesheets timely, reviewing timesheets for accuracy, verifying proper pay with overtime, and maintaining audit trails for approximately 1,000 employees working remotely and onsite.

Operating Hours: 8 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday

Job Duties:
Ensure that hours worked, leave codes, and timesheets are accurate, and verify attendance and hours worked.
Analyze employee time and attendance (https://superworks.com/time-and-attendance-systems/) data and quickly identify any discrepancies.
Solves complex timekeeping problems by researching records, files, and various documents.
Assist supervisors with questions regarding their employee’s timecard.
Investigate and resolve any employee complaints or queries regarding payroll and timekeeping data.
Responsible for tracking and managing employee Paid Time Off (PTO) accruals and usage.
Processing timesheets and expense reports in Deltek T&E.
Ensure that the timesheets are properly maintained and filed in accordance with applicable laws.
Provide information to other employees regarding payroll policies.
Maintains attendance records.
Create and review leave audit reports.
Job Requirements:
Must have the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Work confidentially with a variety of security-sensitive information, including personnel files.
Proficient with automated timekeeping software.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods of time. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
