About the role
The Transaction Manager will assist in the coordination and execution of all Electric Vehicle (EV) Charge Point operators (“clients") activities as it relates to their implementation of their electrification strategy.
The scope for this role is to assist in the preparation, recommendation, and implementation of transactions for acquiring EV sites.
Coordinating sites that meet clients specified EV transaction needs
Completing transactions from concept to final documentation
Client coordination of project status, risks and pipeline
What you’ll do
Assist in the implementation of real estate plans with an understanding of the client's EV goals. Assist with project initiation and scope definition, prioritization of assignments, and adherence to business priorities, commitments, and goals.
Assist with coordinating the documentation of the business terms and conditions for real estate assets including land, parking spaces, and other commercial properties.
Closely track all transaction activity, prepares commission, forecasts and vouchers.
Monitor and maintain an EV project tracking pipeline within software to ensure timely transaction completion. Prepare reports and make presentations to relevant parties.
Incorporate data from multiple sources to generate monthly reports, ensuring accuracy and data integrity in project reporting.
Assist with reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting information to enable clients to make more informed decisions.
Adhere to all state real estate agency requirements. Ensure compliance with CBRE's corporate policies as they relate to identifying and mitigating potential conflicts of interest.
Resolve landlord and tenant disputes.
Coordinate field broker selection and other required resources as needed.
Work closely with CBRE and/or client's Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure integration between the service lines.
Other duties may be assigned.
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of one to four years of related experience and/or training.
Real Estate Salesperson license.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
Advanced computer software application (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and Internet navigational skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Transaction Manager position is $60,000 annually or $28.45 per hour and the maximum salary for the Transaction Manager position is $75,000 annually or $36.06 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
