As a Workday Financials Consultant your career growth and a typical day may include:
Becoming a subject matter expert in aspects of the Workday Financial Management solution
Keeping up to date with the latest thought leadership on Finance thinking, tools and techniques in your area of expertise
Understanding and applying the Workday and Guidehouse methodologies
Learning and understanding client requirements to partner in the design, architect, configuration and testing of the Workday Financial Management solution
Actively participate in all stages of the Guidehouse Way methodology for implementing Workday Financial Management solutions
Demonstrate design options using prototyping
Support the Financials Lead in architecting the Workday Financials solution to ensure cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
Support Integrations and Data leads with conversion activities and requirements
Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices
1+ years of financial consulting experience
1+ years of experience deploying Workday or other Financial systems such as Oracle E-Business, PeopleSoft, SAP, or similar applications
Experience working with Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Expenses, or Inventory financial systems and processes
Ability to translate business requirements into system requirements
Advanced analytical and technical skills evidenced by role in previous projects
Excellent communication, written and verbal
Bachelor’s degree is required
Workday Financials Certified
Proficiency in multiple business processes such as Procure to Pay or Supply Chain Management
Experience working within the public sector

This position is open to candidates virtually from Montana, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, Arizona or Eastern, Pacific, and Central time zones.
