1-800-JUNKPRO is currently hiring Full-Time Booking Agents

Booking Agents must clearly communicate the 1-800-JUNKPRO mission and services to all customers looking for information regarding any 1-800-JUNKPRO service. Booking Agents must also be able to maintain and manage multiple interactions with team members and customers and must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The primary function of this position is to sell our services to customers from all of the 1-800-JUNKPRO franchise locations. Our Booking Agents are responsible for fielding all incoming calls and reaching out to customers who have inquired about our service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Embrace and follow company core values.
  • Field inbound calls from all 1-800-JUNKPRO locations and deliver excellent customer service
  • Provide all required information regarding 1-800-JUNKPRO services and processes
  • Book and manage appointments and dumpster rentals for all 1-800-JUNKPRO locations
  • Positively represent the 1-800-JUNKPRO brand both inside and outside of the 1-800-JUNKPRO campus
  • Compliance with all 1-800-JUNKPRO policies and procedures, including but not limited to the Team Member Handbook
  • Must enjoy working as a team

Required Education & Experience

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Kansas Drivers License
  • Passing Drug Screen
  • Professional attitude and demeanor
  • Have a CAN-DO attitude
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • 1-year customer service experience is required
  • 1-year contact center experience is preferred
  • Typing proficiency of minimum 30 WPM
  • Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to demonstrate personal integrity and work in a team environment
  • Ability to work on projects with little supervision and be accountable for those projects

Our positions can accommodate flexible scheduling and college students. We will help you learn the business and provide in-depth, on-the-job training.

Shift

A successful candidate in this position will need to be available the following hours:

  • Wednesday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Thursday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Our Customer Contact Center is staffed:

  • 6:30 AM - 8:00 PM Monday - Thursday
  • 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM Friday
  • 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Saturday
  • 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Sunday

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From \$15.00 per hour
