Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Job Description
Candidates will be expected to perform service work and repairs on HVAC equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, then making the necessary repairs. The role requires working on rooftops and within facilities, climbing ladders, and using lifts.
Responsibilities
Perform service work and repairs on HVAC equipment
Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues
Make necessary repairs to HVAC systems
Work on rooftops and within facilities
Climb ladders and use lifts as necessary
Essential Skills
Proficient in service work and repairs on HVAC equipment
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Mechanical skills and experience with chilled water system analysis tool (CWSAT)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience with boilers, preventive maintenance, and air conditioning
Proficient in installation and repair of HVAC systems including chillers, refrigeration, cooling towers, RTUs, VFDs, and thermostats
Knowledge of electrical systems related to HVAC
EPA Certified
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Commercial or Industrial HVAC Service Experience
State Certified Journeyman card holder or 8 years of experience with certified letters
Experience working on RTUs, chillers, water towers or cooling towers, VFDs, and boilers

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $73840.00/yr.
