Paragon is seeking a Project Manager to join our team support our HIPS team. As a Project Manager, this role is responsible for defining project objectives, creating project schedules and overseeing the budget throughout the entire project.

Responsibilities
- Review the clients contract and go through order acceptance, document approvals, project date changes, order completion, shipment notification, communication plan (for large projects)
- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
- Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project
- Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
- Review the project schedule with management and customers (as required)
- Monitor progress of the project against project milestones and notify management if there is a deviance from the plan
- Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
- Create and submit Production Orders (JOFs) - locate and attach CGD, TIR, or other work guides
- Create and submit Travelers - Locate and attach drawings, Specs, TIR, FATP
- Update project schedules in Hippo - develop based on TML, update based on project activities
- Create and submit spreadsheets for vendor POs
- Prepare paperwork for completion/invoicing
- Provide client updates as requested; host monthly client project reviews
- Participate in GEMBA and Project Review Meetings

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree with 3+ years of project management experience required
- PMP designation a plus
- Experience working within a Quality program is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, competing priorities and tight deadlines simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy
