2022 Internship - ProAdvantage Program
Enters and maintains ProAdvantage customer account information into department’s account management system. Maintains ProAdvantage aftermarket program databases. Invoices customers for aftermarket program monthly fees. Maintains department’s filing and recordkeeping.
I. Creates new and maintains existing customer accounts by compiling, reviewing, and entering data into account management systems and databases in order for the department to systematically administer aftermarket programs.
II. Closes customer accounts at contract termination or expiration through the entering of data into the account management system. Circulates stop notices to the aftermarket program distribution list in order to cease participation by customers in aftermarket programs when they are no longer enrolled.
III. Reconciles invoiced customer flight hours and actual customer flight hours through reviewing customer account data and information provided by customers to ensure accuracy in customer account information and invoicing by Cessna.
IV. Enrolls customers and aircraft in programs and with suppliers through the entering of data into the account management system. Maintains files, customer documents, and aftermarket program contracts to ensure department systematically administers aftermarket programs and preserves historical records.
V. Create claims for consumables and low-dollar items through entering data into the account management system.
VI. Special assignments and additional duties as required.
- Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Management, Business Management, or other related field
- Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good computer skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work in a team environment to meet department level objectives
